How fast can you walk if you are wearing steel armor ?

Some security suites resource requirements are so huge that you will notice system slowing down right after installetion. It is important to assess the hardware before purchasing your security suite.

You can avoid infections by regulating internet usage and interaction. Avoiding high risk locations and software. Peer to peer and torrents. Browser toolbars, helpers and add ons. Keep browser up to date with all helper objects and active x components.

Balancing security and functionality,  speed and visuality can be done.

Rotate your security software, if you have Norton switch to Trend next year, do not use same security software on same pc for more than a year.
